User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You agree to make timely payments as outlined in any debt management plan
  • You must inform us of any changes to your financial situation that may affect your plan
Prohibited Activities
  • Using our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information
  • Attempting to interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

Fees and Payments

  • Debt management plans may include a one-time setup fee and monthly maintenance fees
  • All fees are disclosed upfront and must be agreed upon before services begin

  • Payments made through our debt management plans are distributed to creditors monthly
  • We provide regular statements showing payments made and remaining balances
Limitation of Liability
  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee specific results from our counseling or debt management services
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by creditors or third parties
  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your participation in our programs at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination:

  • Any remaining funds held on your behalf will be distributed to your creditors or returned to you
  • You will be responsible for any remaining debts to your creditors
  • Our obligation to make payments on your behalf will cease
  • Creditors may resume their original payment terms and interest rates

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TJFF.us and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TJFF.us.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
